Important information about the validity of the infection protection instructions:

Please note that this course is only valid if you have already completed initial instruction in the past . It doesn't matter where you received your initial instruction - this can either be with us or elsewhere. However, initial instructions as hygiene instructions are absolutely necessary, as subsequent instructions without prior initial instructions are invalid.

If you have already received initial instructions in accordance with Sections 42 and 43 of the Infection Protection Act (IfSG), you must refresh this every two years. The law stipulates this as follows:

According to Section 43 Instructions, Paragraph 4: The employer (or those authorized by him) must inform persons who carry out one of the activities mentioned in Section 42 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 or 2 after starting their activity and every two years thereafter for the period specified in Section 43. 42 paragraph 1 and about the obligation according to paragraph 2. Participation in the instruction must be documented.

2. Receive email and have ID ready:

IMPORTANT: At this point you can enter your personal data again and correct it if necessary if the certificate is to be issued under a different name and differs from the name of the person ordering it.

3. Select training materials:
After your identity is confirmed, you will receive access to our training materials. Select the appropriate materials that are relevant to the infection protection instruction. You will receive both written exam documents and an accompanying audio file.

4. Take the exam:
After you have studied the training documents, you will take the infection protection instruction exam.

5. Certificate received:
After successfully completing the test, you will receive your hygiene instructions via email.
